Usługa, która umożliwia elastyczną dostawę. Firma GLS z wyprzedzeniem informuje odbiorców o dostawie przesyłek, oferując przy tym kilka opcji doręczenia do wyboru. Kiedy towar jest gotowy do wysyłki, to odbiorca otrzymuje powiadomienie e-mail, które zwiera szczegółowe informacje na temat zbliżającej się dostawy, w tym również przewidywane ramy czasowe, w których dostawa ma zostać zrealizowana.

InfoService

To bezpłatne powiadomienia mailowe ze szczegółami odbioru i doręczenia paczki. Wysyłane do nadawcy oraz odbiorcy. Odbiorca z wyprzedzeniem otrzymuje informację o dniu dostawy wraz z przewidywanym trzygodzinnym przedziałem czasowym, w którym przesyłka zostanie dostarczona.

Pick&Return Service

Usługa, która pozwala na optymalizację i zarządzanie przesyłkami zwrotnymi. Kurier GLS odbiera paczkę z dowolnego adresu i dostarcza ją klientowi. Usługa umożliwia nadawcy ustalenie terminu odbioru i wybór adresu z każdego kraju w Europie.

Pick&Ship Service

Usługa, która umożliwia dostarczenie przesyłki bezpośrednio od dostawcy do klienta końcowego lub odwrotnie. Pozwala ona na optymalizację logistyki i obsługi zamówień.

ShopDelivery Service

Usługa, za pośrednictwem której przesyłki doręczane są bezpośrednio do punktów ParcelShop i mogą być odebrane w dowolnym terminie. Odbiorca z wyprzedzeniem wybiera punkt odbioru paczki i w momencie doręczenia jej do punktu otrzymuje o tym powiadomienie e-mail lub SMS. Usługa ShopDeliveryService jest dostępna także dla przesyłek wysyłanych do Austrii, Belgii, Danii oraz Niemiec.

ShopReturn Service

Usługa, która umożliwia odbiorcy bezpłatny zwrot towaru w dowolnym punkcie ParcelShop. Etykieta zwrotna może być dołączona przez nadawcę do przesyłki lub wysyłana na prośbę odbiorcy jako plik do samodzielnego wydruku. Opłata za usługę jest pobierana tylko w momencie, kiedy odbiorca rzeczywiście dokona zwrotu przesyłki.
