  • (1)COD amount is transferred to the sender up to 8 business days after delivery. The maximum COD value: 5,000.00 PLN.
  • (2)The cost of a courier's drive is calculated separately for every sender (name and surname/ sender's company are also verified). Collection request has to inlude at least 1 courier parcel.
  • (3)The carrier accepts only the dispatch of standardly shaped packages (cube, cuboid, postal courier bag). Posting non-standard and irregularly shaped packages, packages with protruding elements or wrapped in materials that obstruct free movement on a sorting line, is unacceptable.
  • (4)The fee is charged for delivery or return of an oversized parcel, which weight exceeds 30 kg or which parameters exceed 80 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm.
  • (5)Nadanie przesyłki objętej usługą Paczka w Weekend w inne dni tygodnia niż piątek skutkuje dostarczeniem jej w standardowy sposób. Przewoźnik zastrzega, że w tej sytuacji pomimo braku wykonania usługi doręczenia w sobotę lub niedzielę opłata nie zostanie zwrócona.
  • (6)In the case of parcels sent from a Paczkomat InPost machine or PaczkoPunkt, the parcel returns to the address of this Paczkomat InPost machine or PaczkoPunkt.
  • (7)Price list of InPost Paczkomaty® 24/7 services, Additional fees, page 04, items: Fee for treating a Parcel as oversized, Oversized Parcel - over size 500 x 500 x 800 mm or weight over 30 kg. According to the definitions given on page 10 of the Carrier's price list.
  • (8)The fee is charged when funds are withdrawn from the balance exceeding PLN 100.

Domestic services:

Kurier Standard

Courier service, which is particularly aimed at residential customers accepting late night deliveries. It is available for shipments up to 50 kg in domestic service or up to 25 kg and standard dimensions in international service. If the weight exceeds 50 kg in domestic service, InPost adds a fee as for a Standard Pallet shipment. Collection of shipments from customers takes place 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) until 5 pm, and the guaranteed delivery time is 5 business days. The service provides a second delivery attempt or, with the recipient's consent, delivery to the nearest InPos Customer Service Point

Paczkomat® InPost is the largest in the world, with over 20,000 units. devices in Poland, a network for independent collection and sending of parcels. The machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service combines a low price with a quick delivery time (1-2 working days), as well as convenience and freedom of collection for the customer.
